These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Caribbean Vibes website, customer accounts and direct online ordering. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the policies presented during that action.

Accurate information and accounts

You agree to provide accurate contact, order and delivery information. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Menu, availability and pricing

Menu items, ingredients, availability, portions, prices, promotions and preparation times may change. Photographs are examples and actual presentation may differ. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may offer a substitute, refund the affected item or cancel the order.

Special and allergen-related requests

We will try to accommodate reasonable modifications and allergen-related requests when possible, but requests are not guaranteed. Our kitchen handles multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate all risk of cross-contact. Customers with serious allergies should contact Caribbean Vibes before ordering.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when the website provides confirmation. You authorize the displayed charge using the payment method selected. Food subtotal, taxes and any delivery fee are displayed separately before payment. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected, and affected customers will be contacted when reasonably possible.

Transactional messages

If you choose text updates, you consent to receive automated transactional messages about that order at the number provided. Consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Promotional consent, if ever offered, will be requested separately.

Pickup and delivery

Customers must follow the Pickup and Delivery Policy, including providing a safe, accurate and accessible location and being available to receive an order. Times are estimates and may change because of preparation, traffic, weather, demand or driver availability.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, missing items and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully. We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unsafe conditions or technical errors.

Third-party services

Payment, delivery, maps and hosting may be provided with help from third parties. Their separate terms may apply to their services. Orders placed through an independent marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s terms.

Limitation and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Caribbean Vibes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms are governed by Florida law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version accepted with an account or order is recorded when the website’s acceptance system is available.
