Caribbean Vibes respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you when you use our website, create an account or place an order.

Information we collect

• Your first and last name, email address, phone number and pickup or delivery details.
• Account information, saved addresses, order history, rewards activity and preferences you choose to provide.
• Order contents, special instructions and allergen-related requests.
• Payment status and transaction references. Full payment-card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Caribbean Vibes.
• Technical and security information such as browser type, device information, IP address or a protected representation of it, and security logs.

How we use information

• To accept, prepare, deliver, track and support orders.
• To create and maintain customer accounts and future rewards features.
• To check delivery eligibility and calculate delivery options.
• To communicate about an order, respond to support requests and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To maintain business, tax, accounting and legal records and improve our services.

Services that help fulfill orders

We share only information reasonably needed for services to operate. These providers may include Square for payments, DoorDash or another delivery provider for fulfillment, Geoapify for address and distance services, and IONOS for website and database hosting. Each provider handles information under its own privacy practices.

Information sales and marketing

Caribbean Vibes does not sell customers’ personal information. We will not send optional promotional messages without any consent required by applicable law, and customers may opt out of promotional communications.

Email and text notifications

If you request transactional order updates, we may use your email address or phone number to send account-verification codes, order status and a private tracking link. Text consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase and is recorded for the specific service requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for ordering, customer service, security, accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to review or correct your account information, or request deletion of information that we are not legally or operationally required to retain. Completed transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may need to remain.

Children

Our ordering service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.
